We are so excited to announce that Gretchen Schomer Wendel co-author of Becka and the Big Bubble series of children's books will be live at our BLD events leading story time in the chill out room. when i lived in new york, i never went to see the statue of liberty, it was so obviously touristy. and while the same can be said about the san diego zoo it's hard not to go there at least once a month. it's simply one of the best zoo's in the world and it's right in my backyard.
