gosh-o-golly was I blown away when I took the trip west to open baby loves disco in boulder. the theater is just drop-dead gorgeous, and after a little digging I learned it’s historical importance (opening in 1906 as an opera house!). Learn more here.

You’re never too young to appreciate the benefits of music at Rocky Mountain Center for Musical Arts. Fall term for this nonprofit community music school in Lafayette runs through Dec. 9 and is for all ages and abilities. Activities include lessons in all instruments and voice, classes for babies through toddlers and their parents, introduction to instruments (ages 4-5), music theory, and concerts throughout the year.
